New Beginnings

  Hmmm...It's hard to believe, yet another year has already passed...and, while I tend to greet each new one with joyful anticipation of all it will have in store...2013 is starting out with a little anxiety.  With many new beginnings slated for this new year, my anxiousness is forcing me to remember who's in control.  Like most, my natural tendency is to fear change. 
I'm so glad that I don't have to face the excitement and fear of the unknown alone.  I'm grateful for a Heavenly Father who looks forward to meeting my needs, who knows my heart and wants me to trust Him in times of uncertainty.  Through His son Jesus, I can have peace in the opportunities that await me. 
I pray your new year is being met the hope of a better year than the last.  What do your new beginnings look like?
